The conclusion has enough twist to remain interesting, but enough heroism to be Epic. Druss indirectly aides the birth of the uniter of the Nadir and this tale foreshadows the epic clash at Dros Delnoch.
He takes them back to Gothir where they find that Klay had died a few days after they left. The characters are very believable and easy to get behind and understand their lfgend. Enter a powerful realm of legend, dark sorcery, and conquest, where the mighty Drenai warrior Druss faces his most deadly opponent.
The Legend of Deathwalker, this battle-charged tale of Druss among the Nadir, completes the circle begun with Legend and Druss the Legend. Reading about deep characters that one can relate to adds much to the reading experience. And we smile, and we say how nourishing they are.

The only problem that I had with this book was that it seemed a bit of a re-hash of Gemmell’s earlier works and was perhaps done more for the revenue it could bring in than the value it would bring to the Drenai series and the reader.
Please try again later. Druss and Talisman are fantastic. I have heard some people describe Mr. Grinnell mixes Conan with a dark humour that makes Seuss legsnd the Drenai saga such great reads.
It took me awhile to get all the characters figured out and all the different peoples.
